Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes. The Phoenix, Richard March, master. Samuel Marshall, Esquire, commander of His Majesty's ship of war Flora, and Sir James Wallace, Knight, Commander of His Majesty's ship of war the warrior, their officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods. Appellants, against Thomas Campbell, the claimant of the said ship and her general cargo, on behalf, and as the property of himself, John Ball, Daniel Jennings, William Woddrop, and Charles Haggart; and also of sundry goods, as the property and adventure of Richard March, the master, respondents.
