Vol. I includes prefatory notice to the reader, two proclamations by King George, and the budget figures for Jan. 1793; vol. II includes statements of profit and loss for the East India Company; the third vol. of each year's coverage concludes with the end of that sitting. Apart from domestic matters, primary coverage is given to tensions with post-revolutionary France and the raising of militias for home defence.
