Introduction begins: "The person, who has caused these cancelled leaves of the Acts of the Scotish Parliament to be reprinted ..."; the person may be John Ker, third Duke of Roxburghe.
Paper watermarked: J Bigg 1794.
Nicol was printer and bookseller to George III and Roxburghe in London (DNB) and Bigg was a papermaker in Iping, West Sussex (BBTI).
