Part II has the caption title: "Ordonnance of the five kinds of columns ..."; the running title corresponds through p. 97, with p. 98-131 reverting to the running title of Part I ("Ordonance ...").

"Of Pilasters" has a divisional title on p. [100].

Dedicated, by the translator, "to the Right Honble. Thomas, Earl of Pembroke & Montgromery ...", with Thomas' coat of arms, and by the author, "to my Lord Colbert, Marquis of Seignelay, Baron of Seaux, &c.", with Colbert's engraved coat of arms.

Added title leaf, title page leaf, translator's dedication leaf, list of subscribers, inhabited initials, illustrations, coats-of-arms, and head- and tail-pieces are all engraved.

Plates numbered I-VI include instructions to binder to face corresponding pages of "explanation".
