- Summary:
- Tables used in an astrological technique for determining auspicious times for carrying out various activities. Also includes geographical illustrations and diagrams and half of a horoscope diagram for a location in northern Afghanistan dated Friday, 27 Shawwāl 912 (12 March 1507).

- Foliation: Paper, 7; [1-7]; modern foliation in pencil, upper left recto.
- Layout: Textblock border-ruled in gold with vertical margins extended to upper edge of the page.
- Script: Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed, with headings in naskh script.
- Decoration: 6 colored diagrams (eastern half of a double-page world map, f. 1r; structure and arrangement of seven climatic zones, f. 2v; geographical relationship of various cities to Mecca, f. 3r; rainbow predictions, f. 4v; setting and rising of the moon, f. 5r; half of a double-page horoscope diagram, f. 7v) and 8 decorated tables (ikhtiyārāt for the days of the solar month, f. 1v-2r; ikhtiyārāt for the lunar mansions, f. 3v-4r; ikhtiyārāt for the moon in one of the zodiacal signs, f. 5v-6r); marginal ruling in gold; significant words or numbers in red or green ink.
- Binding: 19th-century light brown leather with faded, gold-tooled frame.
- Origin: Written in the Timurid Empire in eastern Persia, now Iran, ca. 1507 (based on date of horoscope diagram, f. 7v).
