Binding: Early calf over paper boards, blind-stamped with central four-lobed medallion and rolled double frame with text in the outer frame.
Origin: Copied by Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd Allāh ibn al-Mujill al-Baghdādī at al-Madrasah al-Niẓāmīyah in Baghdad, completed A.H. Safar 590 (Jan.-Feb. 1194, f. 86r).
