Title leaf mutilated with loss of imprint. Imprint information conjectured from presence of advertisement for "[b]ooks printed for and sold by William Smith, at the Dutchess's-Head in Dames-Street" on leaf G4v. William Smith II had a shop at this location from ca. 1722 to 1725. Cf. M. Pollard, A dictionary of members of the Dublin book trade, 1550-1800, p. 537.
The words "Revived with Alterations." on title leaf appear in Gothic characters.
