Summary:
Sword fights, sprawling battles, demonic uprisings and creatures that beggar description fill this high fantasy epic. In a peaceful corner of a land plagued by hideous creatures and fractured by war, a young hero named Robin is sent on a lonely quest to unify the feuding lords of the sundered realms against the menace of the risen Beast. Robin's journey takes him through a DC Universe never before conceived including the cliffside huts of Haven, the haunted crags of Gotham, the deeply forested Amazonia, the squalid streets of the City at the Center, and the Jeweled towers of fabled Kryptonia. Each chapter of this book is rendered by today's top comics painters. Complete, colorfully rendered maps of these realms and a world history written in true sword-and-sorcery tradition are also included.
