Summary:
One of Frederick William Price's letters, of 3 November 1920, was among items removed from Morley Roberts's personal copy of his book W. H. Hudson: a portrait (see Box 9). Responding to Roberts, Price imparts his conclusions, following a physical examination of Hudson, about Hudson's condition and prognosis. He also acknowledges with interest Roberts's own interest in cardiology. The other 3 items are also written in response to letters from Roberts, who had apparently shared something of his scientific interests with Price. The last two items, in January and May 1922 mainly offer reassurance and advice with regard to Roberts's own medical problems.
