- Summary:
- When August the Strong dies, many titles, including King of Poland and Elector of Saxony, pass to his only legitimate issue, Augustus III. Little interested in ruling Poland, the new king gradually allows the real power to pass to Heinrich von Brühl. Court intrigues, assignations, and rumors abound in the palace at Dresden, as war rages across Europe.
