- Decree of Charles VIII, King of France, dated December 4, 1494 (following the French invasion of Siena), granting protection to Andrea de Picolominibus of Siena and his family. Initialed by Guillaume Briçonnet, secretary of the treasury for Charles VIII. A strip, probably containing a signature, has been cut from the lower edge of the document.
