Summary:
Arbitration regarding the distribution of the Siena estate of Giovanni di Urbano Piccolomini del Testa among his five children: Bastiano, Bartolomeo, Gregorio Nastagio, and Mostiola. The Testa family were adopted into the Piccolomini family in the early 15th century. The three arbitrators were Andrea di Nanni Todeschini Piccolomini (nephew of Pope Pius II, brother of Pope Pius III), Luca di Salvi di Vieri, and Fortuno di Lorenzo.
