Summary:
This data collection is part of a continuing series of semi-monthly surveys of individuals in Spain. Each survey consists of three sections. The first section collects information on respondents' attitudes regarding personal and national issues. This section includes questions on level of life satisfaction and frequency of relationships, as well as a rating of the importance of national issues. The second section varies according to the monthly topic, with this month's topic focusing on supranational identification. Among the issues investigated are frequency of respondent's exposure to international news, feelings toward individual countries or blocks of countries, perception of level of economic development and democratic political institutions in different world regions, evaluation of present relations between Spain and Latin America, attitude toward the European Community, perceived benefits of Spanish membership in the European Community, and respondent's sense of pride in being Spanish and belonging to an autonomous community. The third section collects demographic data such as sex, age, religion, income, and place of residence.... Cf.: http://dx.doi.org/10.3886/ICPSR06266
