Summary:
"During the year 2007 a wave of African refugees crossed the border into Israel. Empty handed, having traversed the desert on foot, they cross the border between Egypt and Israel in the depths of night, sometimes under Egyptian fire by which many were killed. The Israeli military received the refugees but one day later they could be found on the street because no other authority took responsibility for them ... During the course of one year the film follows the refugees, documenting the trauma of the various groups and focusing on two personal stories."--Container.
