- Gift Book Collection copy 1 also has no. 3 (p. 71-102), May, 1846, and no. 6 (p. 167-198), August, 1846, in original wrappers as issued, housed in a separate protective case.
- Gift Book Collection copy 3 has a binder's label, which reads "J. Bender, book binder and stationery store ... Camden", on the front paste-down endpaper.
