S. 339, to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to require the Commodity Credit Corp to distribute food commodities to the needy. S. 1608, to amend Food Stamp Act of 1969, to establish minimum nationwide eligibility standards and to remove current program appropriations limitations. S. 1864, to increase FY70 authorization for Food Stamp Act. S. 2014, to amend Food Stamp Act of 1964 to increase number of eligible households, to increase value of coupon allotments, and to permit direct distribution in food stamp areas.
