H.R. 727 and H.R. 7965, to provide for the administration of the Coast Guard Band. H.R. 7779 and H.R. 8851, to provide for the retirement of enlisted members of the Coast Guard Reserve. H.R. 8761 and related bills, to provide an increase in the retired pay of former Lighthouse Service members. H.R. 725, to clarify the responsibility for marking obstructions in navigable waters. H.R. 722, to amend provisions of existing law concerning the relationship of the Coast and Geodetic Survey to the Army and Navy so they will apply with similar effect to the Air Force. H.R. 956, to amend the inland, Great Lakes, and western rivers rules concerning sailing vessels and vessels under sixty-five feet in length.
