- Considers H.R. 8816 and companion S. 1742, to amend articles of agreement of the World Bank and the International Finance Corp. to. a. permit the bank to use its resources to assist the lending operations of the corporation. b. simplify National Advisory Council on International Monetary and Financial Problems procedure for reporting to the President and Congress. c. amend the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to allow the U.S. Governor of the World Bank to vote for bank capital stock increases when they do not involve an increased subscription by the U.S. Includes International Finance Corp. 8th Annual Report, 1963-1964 (p. 7-58).
