H.R. 4321, to amend the Career Compensation Act to allow retiring servicemen to ship belongings to area other than the one originally selected for retirement at partial government expense. H.R. 4327, to allow payment of deceased servicemen's accounts before or without General Accounting Office final settlement. H.R. 4330, to amend the Armed Services Voluntary Retirement Act to set retirement pay for servicemen on basis of rank held at actual retirement, not at date of application for retirement. H.R. 4322, to authorize department concerned to pay legal expenses of military dependents and Federal employees tried overseas. H.R. 4323, to amend the Career Compensation Act to revise special pay levels to navy divers. H.R. 4324, to amend the Career Compensation Act to allow servicemen full 3 months to reenlist in order to receive the reinlistment bonus. H.R. 4325, to increase pay of Military Academy professors with over 31 years of service.
