- Summary:
- When a rocket ship crashes to earth after its first space mission, astronaut Victor Caroon barely survives. Dr. Quatermass and his scientific team investigate the crash, but they're perplexed when there is no trace of the other crew members. The only survivor is slowly changing into a hideous creature.
