- A mild-mannered civil servant goes to the Ministry of Education to transfer his children to a new school. He works his way through increasingly frustrating levels of bureaucracy until he finally loses his temper. An insignificant argument with a security guard quickly mushrooms into a serious incident. Escalating misunderstandings, and the city's rumor mills, soon transform the civil servant into a 'dangerous terrorist' -- whose only demand is for a large kebab lunch!
