Culture Class Collection copy bound in full blind-tooled pig over angled-edge wooden boards; central panel of upper board also tooled in gold with the arms of an unknown bishop (including the letters "B A" and the date "1625"); 5 raised, blind-ruled bands on spine; blind-tooled spine panels; ms. titles of both works in volume on spine; remains of 3 spine labels, 1 with ms. shelf mark(?); 2 metal catchplates and remains of 2 leather and metal clasps; all edges blue.
Culture Class Collection copy has some ms. underlines, annotations (some badly faded) and marginal marks in text; a reader has supplied hatching to the windowframe and a tower to the landscape in the illustration on leaf L5v.
