- Legal decision pronounced by the bishop of Caserta, Pietro Lamberto, to Lelio Tolomei, who held the administration of the monastery of Santa Trinità di Spineto in Sarteano. Also contains the text of the November 10, 1534, bull of Pope Paul III (see Ms. Coll. 742, Folder 124), which discusses the revenues of the monastery.
