Chancery quarto. Leaf a2v: 33 lines; area of text: 158 x 90 mm. Printed initials and paragraph marks. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. Rubrication not called for. One woodcut on title leaf (98 x 87 mm.) of a priest elevating the host at Mass.
Caption on leaf a2r reads: Regole a tutti li Religiosi molto utile, co[m]posta da Frate Hieronymo da Ferrara dellordine de predicatori, date alli suoi frati.
