Summary:

In Asparagus, cel animation propels a protagonist into the world of the phallus, rendered here as a field of asparagus; Joy Street illustrates a woman's journey from suicidal despair to personal renewal, with the help of an unlikely spirit guide; in El Doctor, a melancholic Mexican physician is transformed by the visit of a psychiatric saint, and performs miracles on an odd assortment of hospital patients.
