- "The thirty-six woodcuts in this book were designed & cut in wood by Charles Turzak at the Lincoln Village, A Century of Progress, Chicago, 1933. The printing was done from the artist's blocks by George C. Domke. Typography arranged by R. Hunter Middleton and set in Tempo Heavy typeface. This edition is limited to fifteen hundred numbered copies. This copy is Number"--colophon.
