Summary:
A valuable racing bike, its frame packed with contraband, falls into the hands of a proud peasant family in Pucarani, a small town near La Paz. When another family in town also lays claim to the bike, the village priest settles the dispute by organizing a woman's bicycle race. The feuding families and the original owner turn up in drag for the competition.
