The only volume of this journal published was concerned mainly with the mock court which was set up so that students in the law school at Needham Virginia could practice arguing cases. Its contents included the proceedings of the moot-court; the opening address, organization, and rules of the moot-court, appointment of officers, calender, and accounts of cases. An appendix contained special cases and situations. Cf. American periodicals, 1741-1900
