A plate numbered 4 ("The Mohawk church"), called for by the instructions to the binder is not present in this copy. It was probably never issued. Cf. Sabin 102738 (note).
- "A Journal of a Mission" (p.[209]-326) was also issued separately in the same year with a separate title, preface and table of contents. This issue is the one found in the Library of Congress copy of the second ed.
