- In Sabriya, the arrival of a modern, free-spirited woman disrupts the mosaic of male Maghrebi society as represented by two Tunisian chess players.
- So be it, based on the play The strong breed, by Wolé Soyinka, follows the destruction of a well intentioned doctor in a remote Senegalese village.
