Culture Class Collection copy bound in full parchment; ms. author, title and old shelfmark on spine; remains of two leather ties.
Culture Class Collection copy has bound in at end cancels for leaves A1, B3, B6 and T2. According to the bookseller's report they were printed together on a half sheet which has been folded and cut (Quaritch Cat. 1002, no. 139).
