Summary:

Roya who has just finished high school is thinking of going to college. After passing entrance examinations she gets accepted in to a recently founded university. The university is situated in a far away province. Her parents oppose to their daughter studying and living apart from them. Finally Roya manages to get their approval and leaves and leaves with her best friend Shirin. They enter the university and find out the Dorm is not ready yet and they have to spend some time in a provincial house. The land lady Sakine rents a room to them and gets them their necessary equipment and asks them to be careful with their communications. She tells them no to enter the abandoned building next to her house because jinns live there. The girls curiosity to see jinns takes them inside the building and there they are faced with strange things including a lunatic named Ghobad whom every one believes is a harmless creature. Royas curiosity brings changes to Gobads character. In one rainy night Gobad murders the land lady and attack Roya this involves the police and uncovers the secrets of murders of many young girls. Now Gobad's only concern is to find Roya and kill her.
