Foliation: Modern foliation in pencil added, upper left recto. Catchwords every verso, lower left corner.
Layout: Written in 27 lines per page in black and red ink with headings on the margin; text area blind ruled; head and outer margins blind ruled.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Rubrications in red.
Binding: Full modern brown leather; boards blind tooled with design of intersecting diagonal lines inside a ruled frame; colored patterned cloth spine lining.
Origin: Copy completed in A.H. 1260 (f. 217v) by Luṭf Allāh Ibn [?] Qāsim (f. 60r).
Copy has inscriptions in Arabic script on front pastedown; occasional marginal annotations, and leaf with diagram in Arabic script laid in.
Owner's stamps on last page of text adjacent the colophon (f. 217v).
