Penn Libraries copy bound in one-quarter blind-stamped pig over vellum-covered wooden boards (early ms. leaves with illegible musical notation used as binder's waste); four raised, blind-stamped bands on spine; blind-stamped spine panels; ms. brief title and date of first work in volume at head of spine; remains of two ms. paper labels on spine; modern ms. shelf-mark at in black ink at foot of spine; ms. title ("I. Statuta Ecclesiae Eistetens.") in red ink on fore-edge; two leather and metal clasps with metal catchplates (1 intact); three copper finding tabs (1 detached and laid in).
