- Another impression (not distinguished in Shaw & Shoemaker) has a period following "sermon" on title page, and includes a half-title with edition statement "E.B. Gould's first edition," a frontispiece portrait, and an additional leaf with the trustees' request for a copy of the sermon for publication and Griffin's response. The errata reads: Erratta [sic]. In 8th page, for Chron. xv, 32, read Chron. xv, 2.
