There appear to be four issues of this edition, giving prominence in turn to the publishers in each of the four cities. Within each issue there are minor variations from volume to volume in the wording of the imprint. The present entry describes the "Portsmouth" issue; the copies in hand comprise v. 2 and 5 only. Imprint taken from v. 2
