Consists of the body of the "Report of the commissioners appointed to examine and assess the damages occasioned by the troops of the United States, in the neighborhood of the city of New Orleans" along with the appendix concerning the petitioner's claim to remuneration for losses sustained on his Belvidere Plantation, six miles below the city of New Orleans, during the War of 1812.
