The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is mutilated, with loss of date printed at end; dated 1801 in a contemporary hand on recto.
Presumably printed late in 1800 by John Harrisson, printer of the Weekly museum, for distribution on or about New Year's Day.
Verse in two columns; printed area, including ornamental border, measures 24.8 x 18.8 cm.
