Concerning the petitioner's prayer that grants of lands in the Missouri Territory, originally made by the Spanish government to Elisha and William Winter, be confirmed to the heirs.
At head of caption title: [36].
Winter's memorial, addressed to the Senate and House of Representatives, is dated Dec. 19, 1815. The memorial and supporting documents, the latest dated Dec. 17, 1817, were considered by the Committee on Private Land Claims which issued a report on Dec. 30, 1817. See United States. Congress.
