Signatures [A]-C and F (with alterations in the title page and in F1) are offprints from Cochran's Philadelphia almanac for 1812, by Sharp. Previous issues of Cochran's were printed by Robert Cochran, who died Oct. 11, 1811 and was succeeded in business by his wife Ann, whose name appears in subsequent imprints.

Title vignette. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
