Read by Gov. Gore, after an extempore preliminary address to the assembly at the Chapel Church. The American Antiquarian Society copy is attached to another broadside, entitled, Solemn festival, in commemoration of the goodness of God, in delivering the Christian world from military despotism (Shaw & Shoemaker 30965), which is inscribed in a contemporary hand: Boston Wednesday June 15, 1814.
