The two issues are otherwise identical in content and typography, except that in the present one a footnote is absent on p. 5 and another added on p. 6. Read! Ponder! Decide!! is apparently the later issue, as the title Royalty of Federalism is repeated in a publisher's note at foot of p. l6.
- Imprint "Printed ... Boston" is from p. 16. On p. 7 the text and footnote read: "A paper now before me ... Centinel, Feb. 19, 1817." Thomas Rowe published the newspaper Yankee from January 31, 1817, to May 15, 1818.
