- Except for the altered title page, gatherings A-C and E are offprints from The Pennsylvania almanac for 1814, printed at Philadelphia by Ann Cochran Coles. David Hogan's publications were printed for him at this period. Gathering E is signed D in the Pennsylvania almanac. The last page of each almanac contains the same bookseller's advertisement, with the name of David Hogan at its head in Poor Robin's, and that of "Ann Coles, late Ann Cochran" in the Pennsylvania almanac.
