Wishing to meet the distinguished patronage of the merchant and navigator, by a reciprocity of conduct, I hasten to lay before them the regulations of the port of New-York ... owners and consignees are informed, any number of copies of this work they may please to receive, will be handed gratis, at the chart and quadrant store of Wm. Hooker, 202 Water-Street, old stand of their ob't serv't, Edm. M. Blunt."--p. [3].
