The calculations and notes on the calendar pages, and the eclipse calculations, duplicate those in The Citizen & farmer's almanac for 1818 (Shaw & Shoemaker 40476), which is calculated for the meridian of Morristown, New Jersey; except that a column for the sun's declination replaces one for the moon's southing.
Title vignette. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
Page [29] includes an advertisement for the astronomical calculations of David Young, and p. [36] an advertisement for Grant Thorburn, "seedsman and florist." Steamboat schedules appear on p. [29] and [32].
