"Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In the House of Representatives, Feb. 28, 1814. Ordered--that Samuel F. McCleary, Esq. clerk of the Senate, a[nd] Benjamin Pollard, Esq. clerk of the House of Representatives, cause five tho[u]sand copies of the report of the committee, upon the memorials from sund[ry] towns, against the war and embargo, to be printed and distributed in due pr[o]portions, among the towns, districts and plantations in this commonwealth."--p. 12.
