"By virtue of an act of the General Assembly of the state of Delaware ... I do appoint Mr. Moses Bradford, to print the foregoing reports. A.L. Hayes."--p. 88, 3rd count.
Shaw & Shoemaker entry 37420 (335 p.) includes both the Journal and the state auditor's report. The auditor's report, which includes a notice on p. 88 appointing Moses Bradford as printer, is also entered separately at 37427. Shaw & Shoemaker entry 37426 appears to be a ghost of 37427, with the imprint erroneously assigned as [Dover: John Robertson].
