The original, held by the Massachusetts Historical Society has date corrected in ms. to May 10th, 1813, and is annotated: Subscriptions will be received at Washington at the office of the National intelligencer, & at Philadelphia by the editor.
Apparently an insufficient number of subscriptions were received to encourage publication.
