- Evans, whose entry is based on a listing in Stevens and Stiles' catalogue no. 94, supplies the imprint "Keene: N.H. Printed by Henry Blake, and Co. 1793." The copy offered, sold to the New York Public Library, bore a a pencil inscription (now erased) supplying that imprint. Dated [1815] by Wilberforce Eames; cf. correspondence shelved with the AAS copy.
