- Two letters, signed by Eli Cleveland, being "a true statement of the proceedings of Mr. Morton and his little party, and I believe can't be denied." The second letter is dated: Fayette County, Kentucky, April 11, 1818.
- Another edition, also filmed by Readex for Shaw & Shoemaker 43644, includes an additional statement by Cleveland, dated Apr. 26, 1818, and a sworn affidavit by William Davenport, justice of the peace for Fayette County, dated Apr. 29, 1818, "that the within statement contains the truth."
